Jura-Capresso has extended its product line with the addition of a new electric water kettle teaC100.
The new tea maker has five easy-to-read temperature settings, ranging from 100-212 degrees Fahrenheit (°F). It has controls for a steeping temperature with no bitter taste or over-extraction of tea.
teaC100's stainless steel heating element boils water in half the time compared to conventional stovetop kettles, claims the company.
The German Schott-Duran glass kettle features a slip-free coating for safety and can be removed from the base for cordless pouring. Users can brew multiple cups of tea, prepare hot water for hot chocolate, French press coffee, instant soup and oatmeal, using the 48oz capacity product. Safety auto-shut off, illuminated power switch and drip-free pour design are the some other features of teaC100.
The Capresso teaC100 can be used at home or office and it comes with a retail price of $99.99. Jura-Capresso was formed with the merger of Capresso and Jura. The company represents Fully Automatic Coffee Centers under the brand Jura.
